盲腸對human 來講,經已冇用lu 係,所以好多人誤以為運動令食物誤入哩個organ,令到盲腸炎:(

It's nearly impossible for food to enter the appendix , even doing sports after meal:shy:
what about food particals? food are digested and broken down into small particals in the stomach by various enzymes. as you excerise, the small intestine moves more vigorously. theres a chance for the small food particals to accidentally dropped into the appendix(盲腸) when they travel through between the small intestine and large intestine. the food particals dropped into the appendix causing it to become swollen due to the micro-organisms' digestion of the food particals in the appendix.
