其實樓主已經好大量，淨係鬧3A兩句同以後唔買佢啲嘢嗻

如果呢件事發生喺小弟身上，我點止唔買，直情以後都唔會再用PayPal，連信用咭都cut埋佢添呀

咁單嘢似係paypal問題大啲. 同埋又冇講點解過唔數. 可以係paypal定card有問題.  賣家唔會有錢唔要.

網上買嘢,點都要有警覺性, charge 多咗你錢或者有人偷用你accunt你都起碼知.  久唔多都有朋友俾人盜用咗去買steam /PSN.

我比較穩陣online野好多時出事，我直頭唔用paypal又貴d又麻煩，用visa/master過仲平。每次overseas payment 寫低佢，check bank再稍後睇bank statement, 小心駛得萬年船，always bear in mind myself.

用visa仲平?如果online shop購我以為差吾多因visa匯率都貴D
我用慣paypal..加上我買有D野只accept paypal...另有些情況如退錢方便啲...

可能只係差小小手續費，不論用paypal又好visa master 都好，我理財習慣check貼小小，戶口係自己，有乜依郁可以早d跟進，冇件貨事小，比人棟你錢事大，只係建議下大家養成良好習慣保障下自己。

For online, there are a lot of incomplete transactions due to various reasons like human error, technical problem or hacking. Seller won't check every "buyer" of these transactions.

thank you for all C hing's advise. Actually, i also dunno why incomplete transactions happened as Paypal didn't give me any notice..i also didn't specifically to check this 3A transaction in my card statement as i though i got the confirmation email and it will appear in my statement anyway.

In the past 15 years for buying toys including online shopping, this is my first time to wait for long (around 1 year) for getting nothing due to incomplete transactions. i should treat it as Lesson learn.

甘我最後月結都會check一次bank statement..so far ok，不過見有甘ge事發生都會小心啲了...:( check多D paypal account..
