that is because mcfarlane need to sell their product in those big chain store - walmart.. and the company has a policy that this can not be too violent (bloody).. or too sexy ... because it is not suitable for children to see...... because their shop is a family store....
so they will have these changes........ but since there is no such problem in the asia market.. so most of the figures in international card are not censored......... so we can have bloody figure..
if u are looking for the reborn 3 figure.. i think it is going to be quite hard.. as this series is not very hot... so i dun think there are many stock around....
