個人建議1,因為焦距比較好用,唔好少看10~11,17~22呢幾MM,有時最好用同常用就是這一小段焦距.
當然如果考慮將來轉FF機,就買支平的,因為除了魚眼之外這個焦段多數用在FF機上都有問題,EF-S就更係用不到啦,所以作為過度平好緊要.
不過講平都係建議你選擇一,因為原廠鏡2手賣出價比較好,計起來仍然是比較平的.

5D同400D之類的入門機因為CMOS呎吋不同,要求鏡頭的成像範圍也不同,所以出現了成像範圍較細的鏡頭給400D之類的機身使用,EF-S系列就是其中之一了.所以這些鏡頭用回在5D等的BODY上因為成像範圍細所以會有黑角甚至黑邊.
不過實際上C記所有EF-S鏡都裝唔到在FF機,反光板會打到鏡頭的.....

APS-C,  for Canon, refer to 300D, 350D,  400D, 450D, 10D, 20D, 30D and 40D,  they have a 1.6X crop factor

APS-H,  Canon 1D series 1.3x crop factor

FF,  1Ds series and 5D

for EF-S,  It won't work with any FF,  but for the APS-H,  I am not sure

so for Full Frame,  only lens you can use are EF (anything mention for DC only probably will not work too)

APS-C,  either EF or EF-S should work fine!

APS-H,  for sure EF,  EF-S,  may be not (since I don't have a 1D series!

有關EF-s 鏡頭...小櫻有些想補充一下...

EF-s 系列為何可以做到這麼廣角又便宜的鏡頭...是因為將鏡頭組縮後才做到...所以為何裝上FF和APS-H (EOS-1D系列)...會出現「打板」的情況...

亦因為使用上的局限...EF-s接環的鏡頭有被稱為「閹鏡」...

還有...Canon EF-s 鏡頭...是不能裝在菲林機、FF機、和APS-H的EF接環上的...

所以...小櫻通常不建議EF-s鏡頭...除非是Budget所限的初學者或暫代品...長遠計還是「L」鏡吧...

ATX-116!

just try it out first, you will be surprise how SHARP and CLEAR it is! I am a Nikon user, so can't compare it with canon lense, but 1 thing for sure , ATX-116 is sharper than Nikkor 12-24!!! Which is amazing!!!! Much cheaper! Much Wider! and Much clear! and much sharper!

"plesae note... you have to zoom so close into the photo to find out which is better, cause both 12-24 and ATX-116 are both EXTREMELY sharp lense"

In here you can see how much SHARPER it is compare to Canon 10-22mm. Also the 10-17 is a fish eye, cannot compare with the other 2, so forget it, unless yoou want fist eye effect!
