Halfeye 死士團 : final form of Dai Sword

Missed a long chatting last night.

I was busying at the Godannar triple drive mode sword.
60% complete now.
The hand modification was completed.
The thumb can be rotated inward and outward.
The main trunk of sword has also been completed.
But I needed to make some fine adjustment to the shape of the sword.
Need to make the triple drive core.


Any comment??

It's real cool!!! Looking forwards to seeing  the final version....

Just a little comment...should it be a bit longer and wider...just like the proportion of the Max one.... hehe...:35::35:

I was originally a DIE HARD Macross fan! Almost got all Yamato 1/48 VF-1 and got a lot of other Macross releated toys. But after reading GGGG big big's post about Gaogaigar... sigh...

GGGG big big didn't pull me into S.H.E. ... but he PUSH me into the deep hole of Gaogaigar! Since my first CMs 03... I cannot pull myself out...

My S.H.E. journey started with Perfect Change Black Getter Robot Renewal Version. After that... I brought GFG and then... sigh... I was always looking for a Transformable Getter... and happen to came across the Black Getter... in a cheap price... 3k! with limited Black huge axe. After that I quickly ordered the GFG... That was not too long ago... around 1.5 years ago.

Yes, I am still thinking of keeping this silver surface or give it a silver paint.

I searched around in Mong Kong and failed in finding a blade with suitable thickness.
But this sword is already 34cm long. It is already enough long but the thickness would be better if it can be increased.

!!! Big big you are using 1 off those small scale sword replicas to make this Godannar triple drive mode sword!!!
Wouldn't it be too heavy for it to hold???

No, it is 1:3 scale Japanese blade model.
$150 for a set; one long and one short.
This one would be used for SHE and the shorter one would be reserved by Kaiyodo's Godannar resin cast.
The blade is very light!:)

I only used the plastic blade of the sword.
The handle of the sword is made of plastic square rods and plastic cardboards. (DIY)
So it is very light at all.
