It is their common practice to reserve several boxes of normal version for regular sale.
So if you are ordering normal version, there should be no definite deadline.
For limited toys, they will usually get the exact no. If you are going for limited toys, you should order it well before the release date as the deadline date was set by Japan. You should directly ask SupermXX.

I also collect the Balking from supermxx in the evening. Uncle Ming seems to be very busy in selling the new SHE product and he has a very "good business". BTW, I find that the 特典 of Balking is even more bulky and heavier than the main dish (Balking). :x

Haha! At this moment, I think I am a SHE collector rather than a SHE toy player. :( One of the reason is that I do not have a nice cabinet to display the toys. Secondly, I am considering "changing house" in the near future, so I do not want to put them back into the boxes shortly after getting them for display. Hope to show them to you in the near future.
To those who are interested in Cybaster and have not yet pre ordered.
SupermXX has already stopped pre order of Cybaster. He has reserved 5 boxes of limited ed. for open sale, and you may still ask him to reserve this five boxes for you before the late March.
