by the way, the service of Superman is very good~~
today I went there and said there is a missing part on my Red Grungust, and I also told them this part maybe losted due to my fault. Then Uncle Ming asked someone to help me, and that man told me there is no problem, just need to wait for a little bit long time. And he is very polite~~
Probably I won't get the same service if I ordered it in Ship...:(

If you order more S.H.E. toys in there, you will even have better service than now~:p:p:p

If you did not bought  it from Ship Ship, Ship Ship will NEVER help you.
Even if you bought it from Ship Ship, they will just say that it is the problem of the toy itself. They will just help you by sending the whole box back to Japan but you will need to pay for the shipping fee. Concerning the duration of repair, it could be "infinity".

=>>That's what I heard in the past by my own ears in Nelson Road Ship Ship.

in Superman, they just told me that another customer broke the back armor of cybaster, and they even don't need to send the broken part back to japan:(

SRX個價錢應該可以參考金剛個價再加返半隻左右(r-3個背包)

But this is larger than the old EX Kaizer, would a new Ex Kaizer come out??
