Just contacted a guy of ELITE.
He said that they just received news from Japan that there is really some problem concerning the upper limbs, they are not sure if it is the arm or the new hand problem. Since this problem is not happening in all boxes, there may some good items in between. Since Japan has not yet released, they stopped all the selling and recalled all the stock in Japan immediately. But Hong Kong has already released, the problem is much complex.
He said that we can decide ourselves if we want to have a recall.
They will not argue with you about the ??defect. As long as you think that it is problematic or defective, you can take your box back to the TOY SHOP, ask them to contact ELITE for recall, put down your contact no., the ELITE would take the whole box back for recall and provide you a revised version later.

If you think that it is OK, you can just keep your own box.
