The government said Hong Kong are so many cars that cause air pollution, traffic and lands' congestion. In many western countries, E-bikes are allowed to use legally in road. In addition, it can also let people do some exercise and make it as motorcycle if driver(s) is/are tired. But why HK government still not allow it?
HK government should make some rules to restrict the speed of E-bikes(e.g, if the top speed is over such as 30km/h, the driver(s) need to take a driving licence and insurance and not necessary if below)but not totally ban the usage on street(s).
