Received the below email today. What shall I do?

regarding your order for Evolution Toy Jikou Goukin 01 - UFO Senshi Daiapolon with Bonus Parts:
Evolution Toy announced that due a licensing dispute they will need to make some changes to the item, which will be released in August instead of July.
The new product name will be: Dynamite Action UFO Senshi Daiapolon with Bonus Parts
This new version of Diapolon will feature the exact same design as the previous one but the chest parts won't be die-cast metal (legs are still die-cast). The retail price is different: from JPY 35,000 to JPY 29,800
You have two choices:
1) Cancel your order and get a full refund. In that case please let us know the PayPal transaction ID related to your order and we will proceed with the refund.
2) Switch your order for the new version. In that case you will receive a partial refund. Our price for the Jikou Goukin 01 was set as JPY 25,550. The price we will set for the new Diapolon will be JPY 21,754. That means you will receive a JPY 3,796 refund on your order. Please let us know the PayPal transaction ID related to your order so we can proceed to the partial refund.
