Lego pre sale it at SDCC, 7.18, and widely available at Lego.com web store and most US and UK lego retail store on Aug 1st. Some of the major US Chain like Toys R us, Amazon and Target website also carry it, but most places are out of stock. I got mine on the first date it was available at lego.com. My local lego store sold out their inventory like the first two hour they received the inventory! I got two, 1 built and 1 saved as new!
