Only through Amazon Japan which comes with the PS4 game and Figma, but preorder has stopped now. Comes out in Dec, maybe you can try the game shops then but it wont be cheap.

冇錯，隻game 就9月15已經上左架會出e套限定，
但只限game 果面有資料，而Figma 官網竟然尋日先靜靜雞插番落個list度，
知道果時人地已經cut曬，叫人點訂呀奸笑！{:1_225:}

I see. I preordered this on day one when Sony had their presentation in a recent game show. They announced it during that show among other games. It was the only way to get this.

Lucky me, it was gone very fast.
