I pleased to share a simple comparison with my personal comments of two Captain Jack Sparrow to all of you. (Member cc9394 suggested add the real actor's photo to compare with those figure proportion. No matter which is better, please discuss in a calm atmosphere.)

Left: UU, Right: HT
UU is a bit over size in 1/6 (maybe medicom body was taller than normal), but UU is looks more smart than HT in overall w/. or w/o overcoat. HT is look a bit bulky....
HT clothing & accessories is much more detail than UU
Is difficult to find full view photo...(this is "the black pearl" version costume)
Weapon comparison
Sword - Top: HT, Bottom: UU
Guns - Lift: UU, Right: HT
HT's weapons are more detail & exquisite than UU (do anyone know which one is in scale?)
Palms comparison
Top: UU, Bottom: HT
UU's paint & colour is more natural than HT (we can see the vein, just like the real palm!!)
