Actually, I emailed Medicom Japan for the in-corrected color issue on Gatack's left hand and explained the situation I was facing in oversea (my contact couldn't get the replacement). Medicom asked me few photos for proof-of-purchase, then sent the replacement (3 corrected left hands) next day. They even included free one day shipping from Japan. Can't say "Thank You" enough to Medicom. They do take care of their customers. :$

BTW, I opened the Joker and Fang Joker. Both look fantastic. I do like Fang Joker little more. Will take some photos this weekend.
