Actually there is 2 Punisher in recent years..
one is the Punisher- this one really boring but i watched it as being a fan...
one is Punisher: Warzone-i didnt watch yet...is it good?)

But the one impact me greatest is this old movie, staring the Dolph Lundgren(Russia boxer in Rocky)

any one watched that?

    yes ga...there's why he is not recognize among other heros- very obvious during civil war, the anti-register side do not want him in.
actually i think Xforce should recuit him(maybe hes not a mutant)

佢無異能, 咁佢d敵人之中有無怪物 or 異能人仕 (類似 spiderman d 敵人) ?  如果有, 佢應該唔夠人打wor!

i didnt read his comic particularly, but i see him hunting down Deadpool in DP comics.
his strength is not power but strategy and training, just like the CAP, but of course he is more brutal than him
