Why trust newspaper for legal issue?   

There is no law, at least in HK, to copyright of your face.  The product also has avoid any mention of APPLE license and products.

May be they can change the package name from "Steve Jobs" to a "IT Genius" to avoid any potential law suit.

If this is truely the end of the game, explain why there are so many Bruce Willis, Will Smith, etc look alike heads in the market now.

May be there is still chance...

When there is laywer, there is always argument and counter argument :34:

At least DID has not used his full name "Steve Paul Jobs".  I bet there will be more than 1 Steve Jobs in this world.  :58: Despite the fact that everyone can infer from the figure package that it is the APPLE's Steve Jobs, lawyer will have hard time to establish such a case in copyright law (as there is no copyright of facial image in HK) or dafamation (do not apply to dead person) in court.

APPLE has lots of money, I think it can curtail the project if it works very hard.  Besides taking legal battle, may be APPLE can create a situation that make DID not economically feasible to product and market such product any more...

then we look forward to this case...... see if any coming official issued by APPLE or DID..... this problem would lead manufacturer tend to not include more accessories :30:.........
