Do u know that the 911 10th anniversary in East Coast time, also falls on 9/12 in Hong Kong time, is also 8/15 in Chinese Lunar year, which is the Mid Autumn Festival which celebrate reunion? It sounds very ironic to me. I still remember it was a hot summer night after a dinner with my man in Causeway Bay. Lots of people were looking and pointing fingers at the out door screens at the opposite of Sogo Department Store. It was around 20:30 for HK time. When i first looked at the plane crash headline, I thought it was a plane crash or a new movie trailer. However, as the reporter started to report in Cantonese, 'oh oh, oh no...' my mouth mustered before my heart spoke. We rushed home and watched the news through the night just like the night that I listened to the radio all through the night of June 4th 1989...
