Received the statue today, pretty astonished by the statue herself. SSC has once again done a marvelous job.
The Color box of the statue and the Exclusive Art Print.
Unlike most brands in the market, SSC's bases are all greatly designed and sculptured
As it is a premium format part of the statue is dressed with fabric, as you can see his pants and the belt is pretty nice. Another thing that I love about the statue is the paint, you can see it is sort of metallic and shinny, not many of SSC's statue have been painted like this. Adding this to your collection is going to create a funny chemical reaction. (I hope I can share on this later.)
Another small thing that I love about the SSC is that, we know the Exclusive version come with an alt head (the current one); however, I never imagine it is going to be that detail, it captures Bucky unmask himself look and when you look clearly you come to realize the mask is attached with the custom. Nicely done.
In conclusion, it is a great statue, for sure, like most collectors in Hong Kong, the size is a deal breaker. Another thing that some people might point out is that, Bucky is CA's sidekick and he has taken CA's role when Rogers' when he is suppose to be killed during Civil War and as a result he is "NOT" CA. Tomato, Tomato, it is a nice piece of work and it is not overwhelming to say, qualitatively speaking, it is even better than the original CA, there is nothing much for you to complain. Overall I give this statue 9.5/10. It is huge but it does not lake detail, he might not be the original CA but his metallic paint postulate another side of CA.
