They also tell me the similar thing about one exchange statement but the girl said that my order form has written such regulation. Then I told her that there was no such wordings on the form and she told me that a notice was stuck on the wall. I said to her that it was only fair if the order form has got such statement. Nobody would know unless you tell us or written down on our order form. Such kind of small statement on the wall would never get anybody to notice. Then Mr. H chan started to struggle with me after hearing my comment.

Looking back, if I brought the whole box for exchange today, I will just give that mk 6 back to him and get my refund as he suggested.

I will not go in there anymore! They are all crazy.

    U know, somehow I think this is a good thing being out from u. Many ppl have critize on HT, but they are not someone persuasive enough. Now it's from u, n luckily the CEO didn't it's u (otherwise I bet he wouldn't do this). Then this is the fact that HT is being abusive to their customers. No matter how he tries to contact u or being nice to u, i hope u n everyone else remembers this. No matter what the rule is in HT, the attitude problem is unacceptable. Just don't forget this when they produce a better figure next time. Btw, I haven't got any fight with them. But i believe in the circle of toy friends (at least most of us) here.

H. Chan told me that many people are complaining on the web about mk 6.
I also told him if he thought that we should repaint all defective parts by myself, why not they just publish a white cast mk6 for us to paint. I would pay 3-5k to buy plain cast e.g  GGG to paint and build but this mk6 is ready toy, why should I do the same thing? This H chan then asked me to go back and paint my garage kit and Hot toy is not suitable for me.  "Go home and enjoy you life"

根本CEO打完齋唔要和尚，想當日舖頭仔時，主動叫d客無條件做VIP，跟住就升Lei，要半年內買8隻唔同款，而家直頭唔願收... 一樣大把水魚游埋黎... 又唔諗下當日無頭批客覺得以前HT d野QC正，跟手宣揚出去，HT何來今時今日？...今日又無QC又無CS，CEO公然自認係癲嘅！版主同佢argue落去，CEO分分鐘因為精神有問題即場響舖咬你都重得，我估HT沉沒即將上映！
