工作需要專業,要顧及客人同時關注公司利益才算是成功生意人。
日本人在這方面很在行,沒有人會用心 ...

I talked to my friend in CMS in the past. Though you may said that the product of CMS is easily breakable, they have hearts and good attitude to consumers. You may not know, many Japanese will contact CMS for exchange, e.g poor painting, malposition, anything you can never imagine. The after sale department will still entertain these requests and they actually stock dozens of boxes esp. as parts for changing. (even the whole core body).
Japanese is really better at 顧及客人, they will not only think of making money alone.
For many Hong Kong companies, making money is still the main target, 顧及客人 is not an issue at all after they have collected your money. |
