From what I see here, the problem is very minor (half of my HT figures have tiny problems like that)

Most of the people had to realize, it's only a toy, not an art item; it won't be 100% perfect, what HT can guarantee is only high quality and most of the time, they have done a very decent job

Most customers in HK share the same attitude: I am the payer, I am your master!  Rarely you heard the customers say PLEASE, THANK YOU anymore........

I am not saying Howard was right here; once you get into an argument with someone, you will say something you don't mean and you will regret......

And I don't work for HT, by the way.......:45:

I am not angry with the refusal. I am most angry about the points of:
1. repaint of the whole part by yourself

2.hottoy is not suitable for you, just play your other toys like garage kit

3. I actually want to refund them rather than changing the parts for them

4. Most angry: be happy and enjoy rest of your life

Attitude of hottoys is problem.

I am not paying to get scold.
I am a customer but not your employee, why should I be scolded by you.
