Excluding the issue of retail or wholesale, the service in supermXX vs HT is really Heaven vs Hell.
Wong Sir will try his best to help me. At least he has tried and allowed me to open up the box in front of him and provide help immediately.
HT refuses to allow anybody to open up the box in the shop and always give you unpleasant feeling for any exchange.
So sad to learn about the experience.... Toys are really for fun. If the purchasing experience is so horrible... I totally agree that we shall stop buying that regardless how expensive or how cheap the toy is. Frankly, even CEO of big and successful companies, like Apple, will not treat their customers so terribly. I will stop buying their products until there is improvement in the customer service (though I really doubt how soon this will happen!).... Better to take a video recorder when exchanging for a bad product next time...
