Since last time the Hottoys staff using foul language on me, and that staff is still working in ht as usual,
I didnt order anything from them. I just feel so disappointed on their staff management.
before anything, i sense that you have left out alot of detail in your conversaion with the CEO.
1. any sane person will never treat their customers this way.
2. you've already changed parts before your second visit, you should have noticed the defect before going there for the second time. What if for 14 days you keep finding small defects, will you change everyday?
3. post a photo of your tony hs so we can understand how bad it is
