You need the verification letter for pick up... It said which product you have assigned or ordered.   Check your junk mail folder...

yes, I ordered successfully at around 2:45am. And received the verification letter immediately.
Must check your junk mail box as I told before.

我都係用YAHOO, check哂都唔見有 confirm email.

I ordered all 3 and my friend ordered 1 only, both of us get the verification letter immediately.   May be it is the delay of your email systems... But you should check with hot toys if you did not get one by tomorrow...
