For me, my best customer service toy company should go definitely to WAVE corporation.

I have bought my WAVE 鉄巨神 in Hong Kong. My WAVE 鉄巨神 has some cosmetic defects (e.g glue mark at the back of right ear, asymmetry alignment of the side parts near the axilla). Although they are not functional defects, WAVE company sent me a new box (except the external paper box) after I have written an email to them. So I think WAVE corporation definitely deserve a great merit!  :71:

Incredible service.

My first that I bought in Yodobashi had a defective right hip, I got my refund.
Then I got another one from Volks, luckily it was OK.

In your case, WAVE is really really good.
