My friend, it is not a fan made stuff and it was built by a professional modeler of Dengeki Hobby which issued at 8/2009! :)

Well, if it is not officially manufacturered, it is fan made even by professional. The card says, takayo4 used MG 1/100 Ka version to make this full armour.

I like the way he painted it, simple. I wonder if there will be a green version officially, it looks better than the red.
