I already discussed with super人 this issue before, they said you should return whole box of the toy to Halfeye, they can help to maintain, but don't know the cost impact. (cannot sent the broken part only)

would you please post the photo here and show more detail?

According to previous XP, all parts should be at least ~$200 each.
Depending to the complexity, the price may vary.

By the way, SHE previously accepted the selling of individual parts without sending the whole box. After one deal of Grungust repairment from SupermXX, SHE refused to send individual parts and insisted to assess the whole box for repairing.

For repairing, it may be different.

But after the re construction of company, I am not sure about the latest policy.

also, how 'bout the screws？ if some of them are 滑牙. can i also ask SHE the change it? (actually, i wanna fix the whole jaguar...)

har!........is that just screw 滑牙? I highly recommend you to buy from HK if yes.
very high cost if you just order this part from Halfeye

no, it's another prob
滑牙is just another small prob actually
the main prob is tht, the part which connects the wheels (tank) 'n' jaguar is broken

I have got 10 bags of different sized screws from  Tokyo Hands.

螺絲方面唔駛點理，最大問題都係因為有件斷左，自己fix唔到，基本上一定要比人整T^T
