1/60 is the enhanced version of 1/48, some of the details have been improved, e.g. the movement of arms

P.S. I love 1/48 more despite I also have a few 1/60.:35:
If you just started to collect and looking for the whole range, then 1/60.
Also, consider the available space in your cabinet if you choose 1/48.
1/48 is really huge sized products unless you just want 1 or 2 planes.
