It was basically called.... "cancelled" as a result of the Hasbro TB turnover.
USA has probably one case going for each comic store.... if lucky.
And a few were sold on TRU online.
Lastly, a good amount were somehow found in Rite Aid in California.
He and Kang are probably one of the grails of the Marvel line.
