年廿九,今晚練跑試新路段。跑到城門河已經很辛苦{:1_200:},感覺很有挑戰性:!

自從渣馬後,差不多每休息兩天才跑一次步,加上呢幾日大吃大喝,應該好快變成大肥佬。所以這個日期定下總里數四十公里的目標,今天先跑10k,叫做有個好的開始。(這星期還剩三十公里)

今晚在城門河Recovery Run跑6k,不過清涼了不少,看來明晚著多些衫練習了。(這星期還剩廿四公里)

呢排真的沒有動力,Hea到3點:45:才開始落街跑步,而且很吃力才跑夠14k{:1_200:}(這星期還剩十公里)

這兩三個星期都用不同藉口偷懶,為了不想持續下去{:1_372:}晚飯後立即換上運動衫,休息一陣便落街跑8公里,期望之後可以隔天跑步吧:*
