although chat w/ friend to assemble department store first ,i unbox another one today, a really expensive one: the Green Grocer.(Since this is out of stock, so the price is horribly:59: )

For the house, G/F is a convenience store, Beside it has 4 mailboxes; But 1/F & 2/F is empty:53:, only has a fireplace & grandfather clock. However, the pitch roof, escape staircase are fantastic. And every time, the floor tile / wall brick is nice...:43:

I bought 2 used set on 10185

first 1US$250 missed about 40 pieces,no mini figures no instructions and box

2nd:too low to mention,but it is between US$100 to $150,Completed and with instruction! Traded to my friend for the new Cinema!
