Weather Memory的持有人，是連續凍結事件的犯罪者 - 井阪 深紅郎
風都中有相當名氣的醫生，實際上是研究Gaia Memory的密醫。
井阪相當擅長改良Gaia Memory，能透過各種方法強化或弱化Memory的能力，雖然研究Gaia Memory能取得不少資料，但他認為研究Dopant本身能獲得更多資料，被井阪看過的Gaia Memory患者實際上都被當成實驗品，為的是取得其中的資料來強化Weather Memory的能力，成為究極的Gaia Memory。

小弟舊年去大阪後追咗 Eternal, 二手價 (不過係全新未開盒) 圍起港銀都五條魚有多, 不過都平過係香港嘅炒價, 所以買果陣冇多作考慮。想當年係福利見到五條魚有找都冇入真係有點後悔。
