大大每篇都有深層意思, 就好似之前套「公主嫁到」入面既紙蜻蜓咁, 令人細味當中意思, 而且每次都解釋詳細, 題目構思與創作劇場都好有心機:35:
另外, 在下而家買玩具都有問自己好多次(唔止十次, 尤其係銀彈緊促既時候)...真係問到自己煩同厭都仲想買既先去入...:44: dai dai have you watch this series?

其實"自問十次"是治療強迫症的其中一種方法來的, 叫做"拖延",
當我們處身壓力的時候, 好想立即做些事例如買東西去減壓,
但如果我們將這些行為"拖延", 不立即行動,
當時間一過, 壓力稍減,
會發現就算不買東西, 壓力都會慢慢減退,
慢慢強迫症就會好了.
當然不要立即停止行為, 而是"温水煮蛙"地每次將時間延長,
而家每次我逛玩具店, 見到想買的玩具,
通常都不會立即去買,
而是走出玩具店外, 往其他地方走幾圏, 鬆一口氣再想想,
或者再等下次再來才買,
你會發覺好多玩具其實不是自己真正想買的~~ 回復手榴蛋包飯

我都有睇那個節目呢,
其中一part印象都幾深刻,
好多時投訴人本身的工作也經常要接觸投訴,
工作或家庭上受了氣, 唯有在其他方面發洩,
所以有時是投訴人, 有時也是被投訴的對象,
有時明明是公司的制度的問題, 前綫的員工郤成為被發洩的對象,
有點無的放矢,
雖然投訴本身也有建設性的,
但過份濫用,
可能令到少數真正需求的投訴受到忽視,
因為無可能同一時間認真對待所有投訴,
唯有隨機挑選一些.
