I already discussed with super人 this issue before, they said you should return whole box of the toy to Halfeye, they can help to maintain, but don't know the cost impact. According to previous XP, all parts should be at least ~$200 each.
Depending to the complexity, the price may vary.
By the way, SHE previously accepted the selling of individual parts without sending the whole box. After one deal of Grungust repairment from SupermXX, SHE refused to send individual parts and insisted to assess the whole box for repairing.

I want to have a full gear 電單車人 (雙鎗及雙火箭) so...i better go to ask for more details from S.M. ?also, how 'bout the screws？ if some of them are 滑牙. can i also ask SHE the change it? (actually, i wanna fix the whole jaguar...)

滑牙is just another small prob actually
the main prob is tht, the part which connects the wheels (tank) 'n' jaguar is broken
