Yes it's true. In Italy , in the 80s , there was the are swapped the Japanese animated series , robots and more.
In particular is famous Grendizer .
There is a whole generation that is united by this thing . Even call it " goldrake generation" ( goldrake is the Italian name of grendizer ) .

Now , this generation of forty loves collecting Chogokin and then in Italy there are many collectors , some with very large collections of toys. Vintage, but also new .
