Just call the owner. He will still arrange the transaction for toys you pre-ordered already in MK MTR or other locations or refund you the deposit.

現在經濟開始下滑，不要順便訂東西，隨時中伏。要不，就分散風險，每次都在不同店訂。

If you get to know him, the owner is actually a pretty nice guy and I always buy from him and I never have to pay any deposit for preorder items as he knows I will take the toys if I ask him to order.

He is indeed closing the shop as business is not good and he is considering doing something else.
