Need help! 頭雕掉油漆

Need help! Some figures of mine are pretty old now, so 頭雕掉油漆 has become a main problem. Do you know any shop we can bring the heads for repaint? Or is it possible to repaint ourselves? What tools are needed? Many thx in advance!
