Mong Kok, you are probably on level 20 or above at Langham Place Hotel.  I stayed there few year ago, and I Have a similar shot too! I didn't use CPL,  so you can see the windows!http://i41.tinypic.com/343nspx.jpghttp://i44.tinypic.com/o7oqdu.jpgI have one took at night,but too shaky!
