Got my VF-1 v2 shoulder joints from Shapeways last week, but I have been so busy and not able to check them until today.I ordered two sets of white double (1 set is for bro. 呂品器), one set of white polish double and two set of white singles. The material feels very strong. It is kind of rough even for the polished version. It is a bit "chalky" out of the bag, and the hole are plugged with the chalky stuff. Just use a pin the clear the stuff. No problem.
However, I do have problem with one of my single joints, the diameter for one of the hinge is way bigger than the other one. I have not put it on the valk yet, but I can foresee it is likely going to be a problem. Looks like they got the wrong dimension. So, there is some risks that Shapeways may make a mistake if the brothers here want to organize a group buy. Overvall I am very happy with these joints. I don't have to worry about broken joints when I play with them now. Here is some pics.

I think I figure out what the problem is. Even though I ordered 2 sets of 5mm (single set), Shapeways sent me 1 set of 4mm and the second setis a mix (one piece is 5mm and the other 4mm), making this hinge probably useless. :30:
