by the way, the service of Superman is very good~~
today I went there and said there is a missing part on my Red Grungust, and I also told them this part maybe losted due to my fault. Then Uncle Ming asked someone to help me, and that man told me there is no problem, just need to wait for a little bit long time. And he is very polite~~
Probably I won't get the same service if I ordered it in Ship...:(

If you did not boughtit from Ship Ship, Ship Ship will NEVER help you.
Even if you bought it from Ship Ship, they will just say that it is the problem of the toy itself. They will just help you by sending the whole box back to Japan but you will need to pay for the shipping fee. Concerning the duration of repair, it could be "infinity".
