直接拎單去SB話退錢睇佢有乜反應
其實 SB 既 staff 都係 small potato, 無謂攪人地喇.
當然，我唔會咁做，但就算咁做都無可口非，佢地都認左delay,理應有晒應對行動，唔係話偷偷摸摸當無件事吓？一日拖一日。呢個管理層好有問題，是其是非其非，成個星期過左都仲未有公開發表聲明。咁得過且過的態度令人氣僨。

所以我無訂mk45,46 ，費事又等到花兒也謝了，等現貨出成點樣先出手都未遲
我係FB追問又係當睇唔到，再唔交代上消費者委員會投訴

Noo... i think it's just sideshow who is giving the refund, it's part of their policies. Now hottoys might have their own refund policies with sideshow because that's one of their largest oversea dealer.
點到好，我唔介意再等，反正呢排未有時間執櫃，又忙又累，退訂我不退，因為我一直想收呢隻大大隻m44
退訂我相信無咩人會去 , 如Hottoys 真係比您退訂, 先要條件係要張單係你本人 , 咁多人賣賣買買 , 邊個打邊個都唔知 , 到時派貨有人報失單佢就PK

Noo... what I am saying is because sideshow is one of hot toys major oversea dealer, it's likely that hot toys had to comply to sideshow's refund and exchange polices. In North America, it is the consumer's right for any product exchange and refund if they are not satisfied, there is no such thing in Hong Kong
