我見好多師兄都整到中間主體好清,但點解我整極都唔得,已經試過左拉好多次模糊中心點都總係主體模糊埋一份:no:

What I do is.

1. Copy the existing photo to new layer (Ctrl-J)
2. Made the effect in the new layer
3. Erase the area where you want clear image in the new layer.
