被譽為漫畫界先驅人物、為《蝙蝠俠》漫畫創作了助手羅賓（Robin the Boy Wonder）及小丑（The Joker）等家傳戶曉角色的美國著名漫畫家羅賓遜（Jerry Robinson），本周三在紐約寓所內在睡夢中逝世，享年89歲。 漫畫出版社Abrams Comics Arts的編輯兼羅賓遜的好友科克曼，對羅賓遜離世感到惋惜和難過。他形容羅賓遜與別不同，是一位非一般的漫畫家，因為他創作的作品種類繁多，由政治漫畫到劇場漫畫都有，可謂多才多藝。 該出版社剛於去年為羅賓遜出版了一本書，名叫《羅賓遜：漫畫大使》（Jerry Robinson: Ambassador of Comics）。
