A)CMs has 2 lines
PVC action figures:
limited version "final form" for DVD box sets ( already completed by Nov. 06)

DX GGGG, GGG, GGGG, GFG, GGG brave set, Dimensional piers, upcoming Great Baangaan

B) SHE:
最小変形 ( need interchanging parts): ex kizer, Drakizer, Mightgaine, Mightkizer, Mightgunner, 轟龍
完全変形 ( complete transformation): GFG and Goldion Hammer
C) takara
masterpiece brave series: ex kizer and mightkizer
21's reissued Brave series: Mightgaine and Goldran at the present moment.
D) MAX.
only GGGG: ordinary color, green and gold.
=>>ordinary GGGG will be reissued in this year

2.Great BaanGaan, 太陽の勇者 final form and 勇者エクスカイザー final form were not inculed in the DVD box set. Ex kizer box set did not have any toys at all. Only a poster and keychain. For the 太陽の勇者, only the initial form of fighbird was accompanied in it. That's why they can issue such final form as ordinary toys. Great BaanGaan has never been issued before.
CM's really decided to release all the final form later. But due to the problem of license and copyright with Sunrise DVD, the toys can be told separately in 2yrs of time after the release of the corresponding DVD set. Besides, they said that there may be some modification of color and fx, probably the joints.
3. The DVD box sets can be ordered via shop like Cdjapan or HMV japan. But they are at standard price. Besides, many of them are already out of print. If you want to have cheaper way, you can either wait for a year or so or get them from Japan Yahoo Acution. Reasonable price for CM's brave series is a difficult problem, so I can't tell you. I can't wait for a drop of price before I buy any brave toys, so I will buty them once they are issued. Thus I am not at a very good position to answer your question.
