Just get my Raiking from Supermxx today. Luckily, the blue paint looks more similar to official color, not the pale blue from the previous photo. :(

Though it is better than those photos, the color is still lighter than that on website.

Have you assembled them yet?

The interlocking parts between the part B of Raiking and part C of Balking  are not so fit. I have to reshaped the interior part of part B before they can be fitted well.

If I don't do it, the lock would be too tight and the C clamp of part C will definitely break after repeated fusion.

Since I am on call on today, I will provide pics and full report on tomorrow.

I haven't performed the final fusion yet. As you point out the problem, I probably will take out my Balking and see whether the "waist" junction is too tight too.

Have you checked the fingers of Raiking?

One of the boxes that I checked showed a fixed thumb. Did you check all fingers?

This is my preliminary report:

The Blue color is not as dark as that on website. Though it is not ugly, I still prefer that type of color  

I just played the toy around for a short while and I would write downsome checking points for those who have ordered or planned to buy.

Before paying

1. check the red shoulder plate: some may be scratched.

2. check the fingers: it may be fixed.

3. check the helmet: some painting may not be good and AA glue stain may present.

4. check black paint of the upper limb

5. check the special horn for Gaiking the Great: the joints may not betight enough, so the extended parts may be shortened spontaneously.

After paying

Please take out you Baiking and try to combine the part C of Baiking with part B of Raiking.
Mine was too tight and I have difficulty in pull them apart aftercombination. I needed to use a knife to reshape the inner surface ofpart B's waist before Gaiking the Great can be combined smoothly.

YES I collect the box around 2PM. I have check the head paint of 2 box.The 2 box head is paint defect,so that i select the better one.

少少斜 is correct. The point should curve a little bit forward but loosening is not so good.
I actually exchanged them before I paid.
But I am not sure if Uncle Ming would allow you to do so at this stage.
You may try.

下次要再check真d先,我初時覺得應該冇問題既隻角,但回到家再詳細去check就發現這問題.唉!雖然不是大問題,但不是咁開心tim.

After 2 years, I can finally complete my SHE Gaiking series.






Painting:
Among all three Gaiking, Raiking and Balking.
This Raiking should be the best of all.
This is esp. true for the crab.
Color of Raiking's deep blue is lighter than that of prototype. Though not perfect, it is still OK.


Joints: most of them are optimally fit. Only minor adjustment of joints is needed.

The only problem is the interlocking system between part B and C.
You can push the clump into the waist of part B but it would be too hard to pull it out. The clump may break.
I sugguested you all to check the tightness before fully insertion of clump of part C into waist of part B.
I used a knife to decrease the thickness of the interior surface of the waist before I can get a good and smooth interlock. You will also need to do the same thing for all thrre Gaiking, Raiking and Balking if you want to play crossover.

Transformation: easily done.

Extra caution:
Crab: the eyes are very delicate, be careful while you are fitting it onto the mouth of Gaiking.
Leopard: don't twist the ball joint of tail, slowly rotate it during transformation from shuttle to animal form.

The painting of Leopard is very smooth.

I was asked in the past if the parts of Gaiking, Raiking and Balking can be interchanged.
The answer is YES:)

But the outlook is better with Balking than Raiking.

I used Gaiking Face Open version as the core of Gaiking the Great.

The helmet of GTG is really very good. The helmet is very thin and can be fitted on the head of Gaiking perfectly.

Without considering the cost, which one is better?

1.GDX and SHE seem to have shape most similar to the cartoon.
CMS is too fat.
2.SHE and CMS offer a wide range of weapons.
3.If you have got Face Open version, then you can get the FINAL GTG FACE OPEN form too.

For me, I obviously choose SHE.
That's why I did not buy CMS and GDX..........:35:
