-Ten finalists will be selected from the submissions and announced on Toysdaily Forum and Facebook page by May 1, 2014.

-Top three winners will be announced in Mid May, 2014

-Entrants must have all rights to material submitted.
參賽者必須擁有作品的版權
- Submissions must not contain any content or material that: (i) infringes upon or otherwise violates the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity; (ii) is defamatory or constitutes an invasion of privacy; (iii) is unlawful; (iv) would reasonably cause harm or injury of any kind to any person or entity; or (v) discriminates against any person or entity in any manner whatsoever.
參賽作品不得包含以下內容(i) 侵犯版權、商標、知識產權或任何人或團體專利；(ii) 誹謗或構成侵犯私隱；(iii)違法；(iv) 合理情況下對任何人或團體會造成損害或任何形式的傷害；或(v) 以任何方式歧視任何人或團體
- Submissions must include a short description of design inspirations (within 50 words)
參賽作品需加入不多於50字的設計簡述或靈感來源
- Entries are limited to one per person.
每人只限參賽一次
-Submissions not meeting all contest requirements will be disqualified. ToysdailysHK reserves the right to remove any disqualified submissions without prior notice.
參賽作品如未能符合所有參賽要求將被取消參賽資格，Toysdaily 有權刪去有關作品而不作事先通知
Judging 評審範圍
-Submissions are judged based on following criteria (i) Depiction of GODZILLA and its characters; (ii) Overall impact of the work; (iii) Technical Skills; and (iv) Originality.
參賽作品評審範圍包括 (i) 哥斯拉及電影角色描繪；(ii) 整體效果；(iii) 技巧；及(iv) 原創性
-Submission should be appropriate for public use (Top ten submissions will be used for public exhibition purpose.)
參賽作品需適合公眾場合使用 (首十名作品將公開展覽之用)
-Contest judges reserve the right not to award a prize if no entries of suitable merit are received
如參賽作品未合符評審範圍，評審保留不發獎項之權利
-Entrants shall not have the right to request reconsideration of a submitted fan art.
參賽者不得要求重新評審參賽作品
-The judges’ decisions will be final and binding on the entrants and not subject to challenge or appeal.
得獎作品將以評審最終決定為準，不得異議或上訴。
備注：
(1) Toysdaily 保留是次活動參賽作品及相片展覽、宣傳及所有最終決定權
(2) 只限香港永久性居民參加
(3) 得獎者需於指定領獎日期/地點領獎，逾期領取將不獲處理
(4) Toysdaily擁有所有作品之使用權利
