VF-171 炮灰机质量好鬼流，新机到手已经爆裂

I broke the cockpit canopy when trying to open it right after taking it fresh out from the box....

As I have been not too lucky lately & thought it is my personal issue again, I didn't bother to post it here until seeing some brothers' complaint about the quality issue of VF171....

In fact, the cockpit canopy for my VF171 is indeed hard to pull out at first, so dunno if any brother here has the same problem.  If yes, BEWARE, it could be quite fragile.

Also, the left & right "shoulder" of my VF171 are apparently uneven --- at the FIGHTER mode!  

Because of all these quality issues, I still don't dare to try any transformation yet, & may leave it as a forever fighter mode as I dun wanna risk breaking any other parts....  Just wish I'll have better luck when I receive and install the Super Parts later in Sept....

Probably because of the resemblance of military color in reality, I like this "一般機" more than the white one (didn't buy the white one at all), and this VF-171 is actually my first Macross collection from the DX series....  Too bad that my 1st time experience of the DX series is so "一般"....

Miss Yamato..., sigh...; VF-0D..., more sigh....

P.S.  I don't mind to take & share my VF-171 photos (but iphone level & skills only) if some of you interested to see the "damage", but please kindly instruct me how to post photos here (either Chinese or Eng is ok), as I only have limited visit to this website & don't have any facebook account, tks!

Sorry to hear that, the previous DX didn't have such problem, I hope this won't deter your interest towards Bandai's DX series.
I never owned any Yamato Macross toys, so not sure how they compare.
