I had been there at Oct.... no need to pre-order ..... Just pay the entrance fee for Toyko front Gundam, inside that, if you want to go up the 1:1 freedom gundam to take a picture, they have a counter inside, next to the gundam to let u pay that 3000Yen....But I can say....3000 Yen for that photo is not worth...... Just go up the Gundam body to take a photo $300 HK dollar....crazy.... U can take a photo next to it (just don't climb) anyway.
