This only occurs in 1st release.
It can be easily dealt by detaching the whole arm and re assemble it again.
Very easy, no need to see the notes

The first stock has no Licence in hong kong, there is no white label on the upper cover of the box. The Japan Licence label is on the right upper corner of front cover instead of sticking on the back.

Basically the content is he same, except the right arm is rotated in reverse direction, it can be easily solved.
