We WILL be confirming Legal Identification, proper Bambaland account name, proper 3AA name, etc..
3aChick is correct, you must input  your own legal name to match your legal identification and be present to pick up your own order.
If the order is from the United States, NO a HKer cannot pick up for  you.  These are strict rules and there are absolutely no exceptions to these rules.

I just got confirmation as well:
Due to all the people trying to find a way around these rules, effective immediately, any one who places an order during the 3AA pre-sale and does not pick up in person will receive NO REFUND.
If you are not absolutely, positively certain you can pick up your own order in person and provide your legal identification to verify that it is your order, DO NOT ORDER.
